No refund given for incorrect size and quality issues

I was sent the incorrect size of a zip-up cardigan, however, it was advertised as wool cashmere, but does not feel even like real wool, and has no labels inside to describe the content. Because of this I didn't want a replacement the correct size but a refund, as advised in their policy. However they have refused to provide this, even after numerous email exchanges. I recommend avoiding this website.
Following their reply on this site, in the hope this will help get my refund, my order no. was 04318.
A week following their reply and advising my order no. I have still not heard from them regarding a refund...

I ordered two outfits they were both incorrect items sent different colour and didn’t look like the PICS THREW THE PACKAGING SO IT WAS UNOPENED. I’m a male and i ordered a denim tears tracksuit from here.

I’m a male and they had a unisex denim tears tracksuit. I ordered it and for one they did not stick to their “1-2 business day processing time”. They took a whole week just to create my shipping label. I get it and the sizing is completely misleading, they said the chest size for XL is 52 inches and i’m a 45, tell me why it doesn’t fit?! And the quality was absolutely horrible, there were whole strings coming out. Absolutely atrocious, never ordering here again. Steer clear, this place is a scam.

The product was mediocre at best and I tried to return it and followed their return procedure and they insisted that my only option was to receive a 30% partial refund. Despite their return policy stating the customer is able to return the item at their own cost, they refuse to provide you with a shipping address and approve your return. I paid £80+ for the product so I was not happy with a 30% refund, I kept on at them about wanting to return and they said they would give me 65% refund which I accepted but they never actually send you a refund. When I asked they couldn't provide any details about my order or the card details which just shows they never intended to refund.

Steer clear of this company. They take your money and send you nothing

I placed an order on April 28th of 2025. It is now June 30th and I still don't have my order. I have tried to be patient. I have waited. Time and again they tell me it's on its way. Pure baloney. Then when I ask for a refund. Crickets.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Very untrustworthy. If I could have given the zero stars I would have.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer (you) are responsible for getting the goods to me intact and in my hands. That means you are responsible for refunding me if there’s a delivery failure or alternatively, arranging for a replacement delivery. This isn’t up for debate – I should be refunded. As previously stated leaving a parcel on a driveway is not acceptable. Why are you choosing to consistently ignore me and tell me that my parcel has been delivered? I am now taking legal advice in regards to this matter. Your customer service has been appalling. Please can you look into this as a matter of urgency for me? You have a standard reply to my emails telling me my item has been delivered. It was left on my driveway and to keep this as basic as I can I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM! Lied about leather product

Offered leather product - what arrived was cheap plastic. Company first offered 25% refund. Even though they LIED about boots material and make. They have now refused to respond so that the window to return boots closes.

Everything feels like nothing but a…

Everything feels like nothing but a scam. I initially placed an order sometime mid May for an item that I intended to use for a close friend’s wedding….Waited the whole month, no updates nothing. When I chased my case, after more than the promised period of waiting (14days) only then I learnt that the item that I had received from an anonymous company was actually from them( they admitted to have wrongfully sent me the wrong order, and promised to resolve it asap) I wasn’t keen as the occasion had already passed. I demanded a full refund but they denied me my refund. Siting they had already incurred some shipping charges.
They forced me to just keep the wrong order and wait for them to send the right/ ordered product, I wasn’t too happy about that but didn’t have much of options as they insisted that they had already incurred some shipping costs and what not. 19 days later, still no updates nothing from them, I sent an email following up the matter, only to be told that the best they could do for me was to refund me with 50% of what they owe me.

I mean really! am i crazy to be mad. Is it really fair for them to ask me to meet them halfway for their own mistake and incompetence on top of the inconvenience they caused me. This was the worst online shopping experience ever!!

Do not use this company OKOHOKO I’ve been waiting for a replacement since 12th March as they sent me the wrong item and after wards they just send you lies saying thank you for your patience but nothing ever comes and they offer you 35% Refund do not waste your time or energy with such a useless company they have one intention to fleece you for your money they have no good ethics or integrity whatsoever be warned.

Arrived in 10business days ok thats fine but my denim tears shorts quality is VERY VERY BAD not even in cotton 😂 a whole ass string is missing there is only 1, look very off the 3d prints are bad and it looks like plastic. I asked a partial refund lets see ill keep yall updated. But dont order its absolutely G-A-R-B-A-G-E all the 5star are bots 😂shitty ass company

False advertising

I ordered a pair of boots that the seller advertised as genuine leather. When I receive them, they were entirely made of plastic or some type of polyurethane. When I asked for a refund, they offered to give me a 30% refund. This was not acceptable as it was false advertising. I had to resolve my issue through PayPal. I do not recommend the seller because they are advertising falsely.

Don't believe the promise that "returns accepted within 14 days.

I ordered a "handmade Panama hat" in April. Nothing arrived until June 11. The hat was crushed in a plastic bag, not in a box as shown in the ad. It was tacky and made out of white fuzzy polyester that I would be embarassed to wear. When I reached out to the company that same day requesting a return mailing label, they asked for photos (which I promptly sent) and told me to keep the hat and accept a 35% refund. They have not provided an address for returning it, so I will mail it back to the sender. If I am not reimbursed, I will report them to the Wyoming Attorney General's office, consumer complaints division.

I ordered a blazer for a wedding and was told delivery would take a maximum of 14 days. A month later—after the wedding had already passed—the item finally arrived.

Despite chasing them multiple times, their customer service was unhelpful. They kept telling me to check with the logistics company, even though their own site showed the order as still “processing.”

When the item finally came, it wasn’t even what I ordered. Wrong colour, wrong material (definitely not linen), and overall nothing like the original product listing.

I’m hesitant to return it because I doubt I’d get my money back and don’t want to waste even more time dealing with a company based outside the UK. In the end, I donated it to charity.

Save yourself the hassle and your money—shop elsewhere. I wasted £50. Don’t make the same mistake.

Very poor shipping protection

Purchsed an Andre classic Panama hat, image for the one I purchased implies it comes rolled up in a box, it didn't, not only that but they just stuffed the hat into a plastic bag so when it turned up the brim is creased. extremely poor protection for a hat
