Read all the reviews and thoght great i would get myself a couple of tops, they are not true to size, I have ordered 2 x 2xl tops one rangers and one scotland, both are very small and none are 2xl size, I emailed then and they said no refunds or exchange l, I am now in touch with trading standards about my purchase as they are now breaking the law by not offering an exchange.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, ITEM WENT MISSING, CONTACTED THE SELLER DIRECTLY SAID THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE. DID NOT HEAR BACK EVEN THOUGH I MESSAGED ALOT, THEN I RAISED THE ISSUE WITH PAYPAL, THEY CONTACTED ME ASSURED ME THEY WOULD TRANSFER FUNDS AS SOON AS DELIVERY COMPANY HAD REFUNDED. I BELIEVED THEM.
NOW IM NOT GETTING ANY FORM OF RESPONSE THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY AND THAT FROM THE DELIVERY COMPANY.
SO NOT ONLY DO THEY LIE THEY ALSO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD.

I wouldn’t even give this business one star to be honest. I ordered a Nike short set on 1/12. I received a confirmation email saying it would be dispatched within 24 hours. That is the last I heard anything from O.k. Kikks. I have emailed, sent messages on Instagram and Facebook Messenger but have been completely ignored. As you can imagine, I’m increasingly concerned that my son’s set won’t be here for his birthday on Wednesday or even Christmas in 5 days.
I would never use this online store again and would encourage people to seriously think about buying from them.
