This review is about my experience with the OkiOki mattress company over a period of more than a year.
Having a limited budget, I was pleased to find this company that offered mattresses at considerably less than I have found elsewhere.

I followed their process for selecting a Queen sized mattress and ended up with an all-foam model. Because I am a big guy,6'2",300 lbs,I was concerned about this choice but their advertising assured me it would hold up.

This was actually the first time I had bought a mattress without physically trying it first, but I was assured by their generous 365 day guarantee.

So I ordered it and was initially pleased with the new mattress after the easy unpacking process. It took a while but my initial fears were realized when the mattress developed a permanent valley where I usually slept.

I didn't want to go through the bother of exchanging the mattress but as the time ran out on the one-year guarantee, I felt I had to since the valley made sleeping on the foam mattress uncomfortable.

So I contacted the company with my desire to exchange the mattress for their innerspring model which hopefully would provide more support. It turns out that the year trial period had just passed, and at first they denied my request.

After some correspondence, they reversed their position and agreed to send me a new mattress. Their service also included picking up the old one, so I was pleased.

All this happened very smoothly and expeditiously. I am fairly pleased with my new mattress and the process of getting the old one removed was easy and straightforward.

It remains to be seen how the new mattress will work out; only time will tell. So I give the company 5 stars for customer service and 4 for their products.

Their bedframe is not cheap and it's very poorly constructed. The setup was very confusing and I ended up calling in a professional who informed me that the pieces were missing and the frame doesn't have the necessary structure to be sturdy. It's cracking at the corners and the best the company could do was offer me a $50 discount. Do not buy this bed, it's unreliable. Every time I turn over I hear a large creek and crack and think, this is it, this is the time it collapses. (I weigh 150lbs). Additonally, I've attempted to write two reviews on their website and they've taken them both down.

The top material of this mattress is TOO SLICK! Expect to get up at least once a night to pull your sheets back down onto the mattress. Unless you sleep in one position and never move, you will pull off your sheet with every turn. The top of the mattress is sewn in and is more slippery than a soapy slip n slide. I curse this every morning! I literally get out of bed cursing (Those sheet-stay-on straps don't work) Other than that, it's a good mattress for the price. But the slippery top is such a pain in the butt, I'd pay an extra $1,000 somewhere else to have a mattress that isn't covered in this material, it really is that terrible.

We have had our King size OkiFlex for about a month now. There was definitely a transition period of a few days for us and the off gassing was awful- but that is to be expected with any mattress like this regardless of brand I would imagine. We absolutely love this mattress though. It cradles our bodies so well and we sleep so soundly these days that it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning now because we are just that comfortable. All my back pain has now gone away and I finally feel well rested when I wake up in the mornings. I can’t believe how inexpensive these mattresses are for how great they are. The only thing I would mention is that the shipping service they use took much longer than anticipated/stated (and I’ve seen other buyers complain of this as well..) and to make sure you have a second person to help if you buy a big mattresses! It definitely took me and my husband! All in all, we are really happy with our purchase and we will be buying OkiOki from now on when we need to replace our other mattresses in our home.
