Great shipping experience
Great shipping experience! I had ordered right before a holiday i had no clue about, so there were some delays, but that made it all okay! I didnt even mind the delay, just hadnt gotten a shipping label until after its what i was worried about but when they got back it was sent and arrived real quick!
Will use again for sure!

I noticed they've improved their pre-order catalogue update frequency. I used to get worried missing out as I really prefer shopping here instead of elsewhere.

The reply arrived quickly, with a new invoice for EMS shipping. The only improvement would be to automate this, select the orders from the list and send the shipment request with one button? Overall great store, good item selection. Recommended.

Incredibly fast customer service, I pre-ordered a plushie and forgot about it for like half a year, they still helped me get it shipped basically right away after having it sit in a warehouse for ages.
