Referring to the Austin location
Referring to the Austin location. Save your time and money. We agreed on a certain price to make a new key for my dodge journey. AFTER he finished the worked he tried to charge me an extra $100 over the price we agreed to. I refused to pay so he threatened to call the cops. I told him to go ahead so I can have his escorted off my property. After an altercation between us he started begging that I give him some money for the time he spent programming the key because he has five kids. I refused because of his attitude. He then said he will make it to where another tech wouldn't be able to start my car and that's exactly what he did. Its been over a month and I towed my car to 3 different dealerships and till this day no one can figure out what he did to my car. I am in the process of filing a law suit with this company. I have filled with BBB and I will not stop until they are held accountable. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Despite being a unfortunate situation…
Despite being a unfortunate situation being locked out of your rental car, out of your hometown while visitng Houston late at night, when the rental company couldnt help me in my panic because it was after working hours. I guess i am lucky I've found okey dokey locksmith company, they were very professional and quick opening a new 2018 kia Seoul. I will definetely recomend them to the rental company for taking care of these situation.
