Terrible results. Ad made it look like an 3D model was being sent. Instead a darkened flat picture was sent. Very unsatisfactory. Do not order from this group or you’ll be duped.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered a personalized gift and found it was damaged. Clearly not in shipping but in manufacturing. Reached out to return it providing requested pictures. They made light of the damage and offered me a 10 percent discount if I kept it so they would not have to pay for return shipping. They also do not advertise that a large majority of their products come from China hence the long wait time complaints I see. Run don't walk away from this company.

The item was very nice even though it took a long time to arrive in my hands. My Granddaughter will love it.

First of all you have the Hummingbird Necklace that I was looking for, and I hope that it will arrive before Christmas. Ordering was very simple.

What was clearly three dimensional in the website image turned out to be a plastic two-dimensional picture. VERY disappointed.

The luggage ornament is advertise as a 3-D object and what I got was a flat surface plastic ornament. I spent $82 including shipping for three items! What a complete rip off

I ordered this 13 days ago and not received an update on shipment or tracking. This is a Christmas gift and would like it to come before December 25th.

Very poor service.

I ordered 4 customized Christmas ornaments costing over $100. What arrived was TRASH. I’ve been trying to call their customer service live, with mo success . STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Nice product easy ordering

The product is not very good for the price, especially when you pay the conversion to AUS dollars.
Very disappointed with the purchase especially as it is for my grandson’s birthday.
I would not purchase from here again.
