Over-Promise, Under-Deliver:
When I signed up for a trial plan of three hours per month to see if I could make use of their services, the agent informed me they could do anything digital. When I made a long list of tasks, very few of them were completed. Their platform workflow is Byzantine and non-logical.
Somehow, I found one agent, James, who does excellent work. He’s why they get two stars.
When I found something useful for them to do, they changed their tune and claimed they don’t do business tasks, the very reason I hired them, unless I pay them more. I hired someone on Upwork for half the price of what they quoted me.
They preformed less than two hours of work over four months (12 hours purchased), didn’t complete my tasks, and don’t roll over the hours.
The results speak for themselves.
Failure to deliver.
Don’t buy the excuses.

Matching the right plan to the right work is how clients get real results.
The work you were bringing us was a better fit for a business plan than the personal one you'd signed up for. We offered calls to walk through the platform with you and find an approach that would actually deliver what you needed, and the offer to move to a business plan is still on the table. We genuinely wanted this to work for you.

Honest review and experience
Well, I originally believed that okayrelax was decent company. I was customer for well over four months. The assistant I was working with was not very competent but still got things done, so I was content. But slowly, the work rate dropped to almost zero, and the hours kept going up. I kept getting charged, so after 400 dollars wasted, I put a hold on my card. Then my assistant called me one day, Crying. She said she was cut off from the company with no explanation.

I have wasted more time with okayrelax…
I have wasted more time with okayrelax then I have saved. These assistants are not monitored well, and clearly are able to get away with way more than what is appropriate far too often, I find that I am billed for monthly, and never receive the finished product. They need to manage these assistant better.

Strong service even with short notice!
I have been working with OkayRelax for well over a year. Recently my obligations required multiple tasks to be completed with very short notice. My team of virtual assistants went above and beyond to meet those deadlines with quality results and in a pleasantly professional manner. Not every task is carried out perfectly every time, but when corrections are needed the team receives them constructively and responds rapidly with the appropriate redress.
