Manager not suited to retail!
I bought a clearance item today and the manager was so unfriendly and unhelpful that we nearly gave up, despite really wanting the item! Some of the other staff (notably Chris) were really nice and helpful, but today’s manager should be looking for a job where she doesn’t have to interact with other human beings!

Staff were very efficient
Staff were very efficient, helped carry a heavy carpet and displayed it. Dealt with the purchase quickly and helped load the carpet into the car.
