Fantastic customer service
I would like to thank Diana in the Guildford store and Jane in the Sunninghill store (near Ascot) for providing outstanding customer service in both shops. They did everything they could to find me the perfect products for my sitting room. They did not rush me and gave me as much time as I needed. I did not feel under any pressure to buy and I was able to return a couple of items without any issue. Guildford is a very large store and is something of a showcase for OKA with several floors. Sunninghill is smaller, but has a cosy feel and is divided into smaller rooms, which helped me to visualise how things would look. Sunninghill also has the advantage of free parking immediately outside the shop. I have never bought from OKA before, but the Black Friday discount made the prices favourable and the products are top quality. I will definitely buy again from this company. It is rare to find customer service of this level. Thank you.
