AMAZING Eglee - Guildford Store
I emailed the Guildford Store, and Eglee kindly arranged an appointment for me to visit. After a few emails and images sent from me, Eglee had pre selected all the pieces she thought would work in my space, so when I arrived they were all laid out beautifully. A real bonus to this was Eglee made sure she included as may of the items in the Black Friday deal, to make it also as economical for me as possible. Which I didn't even know was happening, so she saved me a fortune, for which I am also very grateful.
Eglee really helped me pull together a half finished room with some quite tricky statement pieces that I didn't love. However with her skill and advise she included beautiful soft furnishings that helped tie the whole room together, including an array of cushions, she also grounded the spaces with rugs and highlighted with accessories and softened with lighting touches. The whole experience surpassed my expectations and I would not hesitate to go straight back to Eglee or recommend her to anyone who is stuck, or would like some constructive and creative guidance. She was a wonderful stylist that gently encouraged me to take some risks and was not pushy at all.

Highly recommend oka. Love all their pieces. I recently ordered over the phone with Eglee at the Guildford shop, she was so lovely and helpful. Managed to get my items sent directly to me and arranged very quickly.

A great find
I visited the Godstone store for the first time a couple of weeks ago and glad that I did. As downsizing from a house to a flat, I needed to purchase some new furniture and came away with everything I needed and more. Rhys was extremely helpful, going the extra mile to help myself - a genuine credit to Oka/the store.

I had a great experience after a harrowing day of trying to buy a large item from OKA on Black Friday and 'Umming and Ahhing' over whether I should buy this expensive (for me) item from this high end store. I missed the last one online as I was hesitating over the cost of delivery etc! I was advised that Guildord (UK) had one in store. I rang a number of times and left a message. Luckily Aglee got back to me and they did have one in store! She was not snobby at all but simply helpful and enabled me to purchase the headboard. Thanks to her assistance in the end all was sorted - no longer was it a wasted day of struggling on email and phone! It is so great when you get a person like that - who really helps in a human way!

First visit to OKA store in Guildford
It was the first time that I had visited the store. It won’t be my last, as I had received a warm welcome from all the staff (Guildford). I was very impressed with the layout and quality of items. I went on to purchase items that day. The staff member, Danielle was very helpful.

I bought five cushions and a throw. Lovely store in Guildford and helpful staff. Unfortunately the throw didn’t match when I got home so I had to return it. No problem in getting a refund. A good experience!

Excellent all round
From phoning the Guildford shop to check whether an item was in stock to it being put aside to collect in store, the customer service was excellent both on the phone and in person. The candle holders are lovely too.
