Brilliant service and goods
Really happy with the furniture we’ve ordered and received from Oka. A genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish; from using the website, visiting the showroom and the delivery service. But the cherry on top has been the amazing help we’ve received from Claire Kelly as part of the complimentary interior design service. Claire’s help has been invaluable- she’s never been pushy for us to purchase anything, she’s come up with a beautiful and thoughtful scheme and listened and really understood what would best suit our lifestyle (busy home, young children etc). Additionally, she’s checked in regularly ensuring we’re happy and that the delivery was well coordinated and that we’ve been kept up to date on a made to order item’s status. Very pleased with the service and furniture and I couldn’t sing Claire’s praises highly enough-she’s been a real joy to work with and would ensure that the Broadway Oka store is first on our list for future projects. Shop outstanding/ Delivery company extremely disappointing
Sarah at the shop in broadway made our experience great extremely helpful.
However you’re delivering company made the experience disappointing as they refused to help my wife unpack and lay the rug out , just dumped in the dining room and didn’t take any of packaging away

Lovely welcome as I entered the store in Broadway, being disabled I couldn’t use the stairs , thought they were upstairs I wanted some flowers to compliment my new kitchen table.
