I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I called the Bath store, and Alex took my call. From the start, Alex was incredibly clear and helpful. He updated me in real-time about the availability of the lamps and lampshades, confirming that everything was in stock. Alex also took the time to explain the delivery process, including who would deliver the lamps, and reassured me that the courier would send a text with a delivery time and tracking code. This really put my mind at ease, especially since the lamps and shades were a significant investment.
When the lamps arrived, I was not only impressed by how stylish and beautiful they are, but also by the delivery experience. The lamps were packed with exceptional care, ensuring they arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I'm beyond happy with both the product and the service I received. Thank you, Alex, and the OKA team!

Pink Hulu Lamp Bases
We bought 2 beautiful Pink Hulu Lamp Bases in the OKA Sale and unfortunately one was broken - I contacted the shop and thankfully they had one left in store and they very happily exchanged the lamp for us. The lamps look beautiful in my bedroom and I’m a very happy customer! Thank you 🙏
