Very poor customer service – no responsibility taken
I ordered goods from ok-living, which were shipped via DPD and then PostNord in Denmark. According to the tracking information, the packages were delivered – but they were delivered to the wrong address, and I never received them.
I have done everything ok-living asked me to do: filled out a statement for DPD and provided documentation from PostNord confirming the misdelivery. Despite this, ok-living refuses to take responsibility and refund my money.
According to EU consumer law, the seller bears the risk until the goods are physically delivered to the customer, but ok-living pushes the responsibility onto the shipping companies instead of helping me as their customer.
I cannot recommend shopping here, as their customer service fails completely when something goes wrong.

Cabinet for the corridor / entre
The corridor cabinet I ordered arrived very fast. Ordered Thursday night and it arrived on Monday noon already. The product looks nice and seems really good quality considering the price I paid. One minor inefficiency I came accross is that the assembly parts, screws and bolts are not tagged with any numbers or letters while the instructions indicate the parts should have had indicating characters.
