All good, except one of the parts of the base structure that didn't have the correct holes in it. Those holes were necessary to fix remaining structure but were not present in the part. They were, however, correct in the instruction manual.
The instruction manual could also be improved. Found also some typos on the screws to use in one of the pages.
Apart from that, very good service and product.

Trust the bad reviews online
Trust all the bad reviews. Ordered a changing table - it was scheduled to arrive in 3 packages, only 2 came. Third one with the screws is missing. Customer service doesn’t return emails and we cannot assemble a piece of furniture which is time sensitive (before the birth of our child). A truly disappointing experience.

Do not recommend
I have prefer two small shoes cabinets, each around 119€ and they arrived with a lot of damages. One of the packages was even opened. I took pictures, sent them to ok living but I got no response.
I definitely do not recommend.

The ordered closet upperplate does not fit the pre drilled holes , so i must return 3 packages with 100 ths off screws end 4 hour work , i drilled new wholes myself to fix the problem and everything fits , got 50 euro discount but what a misbuy

Order is so-called "completed" but not yet delivered after 4 weeks
According to the OK-Living website, my order 516723 has been shipped and has been completed, but 4 weeks after ordering and paying I still have not yet received the Vico Möbel 7843 Kommode Ruben 120 cm Weiss. Sadly, I have received no information at all about the estimated date of delivery.

Failure to deliver
We ordered a bed for our twins on 19 May, for their birthday on 5 June; it's now 25 June and we still have not received the final parcel of the order, after OK-living has shipped the parcel 3 times again and again via DPD, that refuses to deliver it because it is too heavy. I fail to understand how this is possible, and no other solution is explored. A delay is always possible but this is simply unacceptable, and we will not order from ok-living again
