DO NOT ORDER FROM OILILY UK Ordered coat from Oilily uk then after it arrived received a shipment tax bill from fed ex for £84. Refused to pay it as it was not stated on the website when purchasing the item which I payed £10 delivery charge. Now receiving threats off bailiffs.

Ordered from Oililly in the UK the received a bill for over £100 for shipping tax! Won’t be ordering again obviously. So this company responds to my review a year down the line and states they will refund the shipping tax if I send them the original invoice. I think they are fully aware I will no longer have the invoice so this is a totally fake response!

I ordered two dresses from Oilily , terrible cheap
Quality , over priced and very small fit.
I have e mailed Oilily twice and I am still awaiting a response from the company,
I don’t recommend.

This brand is a top quality brand. I would always recommend it because I have never been disappointed about :) Great color, various size, quality as best as possible. We a lifelong product.

I bought a couple of items in the sale, different sizings for grandchildren. The next day had an email apologising for item no longer in stock and giving options (3). I decided to cancel order and was promptly fully refunded.

My mom dressed me in Oilily 40 years ago, and I am so happy about your store, so I can dress my daughter in Oilily as well! It's the cutest brand for kids and ladies, I have cherished each single piece and I remember them all. Could you please make more calendar planners? They are always sold out when I get there! I would love to use the calendar now as well. Keep up the great work, I ♡ Oilily and my daughter does too!

I am always very very impatient to see the new Oilily collection for girlies coming up... This year I ordered in the first hours of the first launch, the sweat dress Hanna, the grey one with the rooster print. We love it! It is lovely, comfortable, sweet, and it came in big sizes, because my daughter is too big for the 152 12 years now...

Color is completely different than as shown on the website.
