Quick delivery. O&B's website is quite poor in comparison to most retailers, but delivery was simple and the items arrived in good order.

I placed order and paid for next day delievery but still haven't received my order 10days later

Oiler & Boiler. Worst service. Even when I wrote asking for someone to respond. NOTHING. Legal notice next.

Underwear is really comfy, great colours. Order experience was really easy and quick delivery.

I have been waiting for Three Weeks for my order. I ordered directly from their website and have sent more than 5 emails inquiring about the order. I was told nine days ago that it would be delivered the next day. When this did not happen, I inquired again - only to be told it would arrive the next day. When this didn't occur, I inquired again to be told they would look into it. Still no word...

17 days and I am still waiting for my order. I have contacted Oiler & Boiler and their distribution people at Rockola. Oiler & Boiler have yet to respond and after a few days Rockall responded with "Hi this is due for delivery tomorrow Evie" What great customer service skills! It never came by the way!

This is pretty slack - I have bought through Oiler & Boiler a few times but this has lost them a customer.

Hadn't heard of the brand before, however saw Tom Daley wearing them. Bought the same pair he has and they're now mine and my wife's favourite pair of board shorts. Wouldn't buy anywhere other than here!

While their shorts are good quality, when it comes to service they don't care. I returned some shorts because the didn't fit. I've been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. They don't respond to emails and when I phone it seems the people in the returns department are always in a meeting, I've left numerous messages but they don't bother to get back. By far the worst online retailer I have dealt with.

Its hard to believe all the these other comments regarding service, I can only assume they got there friends to write them. My next steps will be trading standards, so if you want to avoid this kind of hassle look for your swimming shorts elsewhere.

I wanted a gift for a friend who mentioned oiler and bolier
The site was so easy to interrogate, the ordering process smart and the delivery incredibly speedy. I am hoping my friend is again delighted with the gift on his birthday next week
The only thing, I am a larger size and would be interested personally if you did XXL size

No big surprises, my favourite product and the service worked just fine.

These are a cracking pair of shorts. Really pleased, wore them the whole holiday over a more expensive designer brand.

I ordered some Oiler&Boiler underwear, taking advantage of their 50% off promotional sale. The order was placed just after lunch on a friday. 30 mins later I had a confirmatory email to say the order was on its way and the following morning it was delivered by Royal Mail. An exemplary online shopping experience, which sets the standard for other e-commerce businesses to try and achieve!

I bought a couple of times in this shop and they have always treated me very well and have sent the product ( Spain ) very fast . I recommend
