Top quality and great customer service
After seeing an ad for Oiler & Boiler on Instagram I had a look at their website. I liked the look of their products. I ordered the t-shirt and shorts lounge set on a Saturday and received the order on Tuesday. There was an issue with the tshirt that I raised via email and I had a response in 10-15 minutes that it would be immediately resolved. Then on Friday I had a new tshirt. Super impressed with quality of the product and the superb customer service.

I haven’t received my package yet…
I haven’t received my package yet despite receiving a notice that it had been shipped on Tuesday 16 September. The Evri collection point doesn’t have it. And after I placed my order I received a note saying that Oiler and Boiler didn’t have one of the items.

Excellent product
Excellent product, wore them on recent holiday and they are superb, comfortable, don't lose their shape when wet. So impressed bought another pair when I got home. Customer service from them has been brilliant, ordered the wrong size in error and emailed them, they replied immediately and change the order, no fuss, worth every penny.

This is what makes a good business in…
This is what makes a good business in my view; courier being slow , I going on holiday , I raised issue and without prompting O and B arranged urgent post to ensure I have order pre holiday and just asked that I return the other parcel when lands.
That to me is what creates loyalty and trust.
