Same as last 2 reviews. Money taken order form received but nothing received. Sent emails. No reply. Would avoid this company.

Same experience as Jason below - money taken, nothing arrived, no reply to many emails, phone number provided is not valid. Looks like I've been robbed..

Ordered 2 days ago selecting extra payment for next day delivery. Received confirmation email but then nothing. Tried calling the number on the website which says its discontinued. No replies to emails. Reported to bank and Action Fraud.

Service and delivery times were great. Would use again.

I cannot fault anything with this company.

I recently saw a review on trustpilot that someone left for them and decided to check it out.

I normall buy our adult goodies from LH or SS365 but OSNUK is now a favourite.

Their website is easy to use, the prices are lower than LH and free delivery and a free gift, well... what more can I say?

I have placed my second order just now and would recommend anyone else doing so too.

I have been looking for naughty christmas presents for my OH and came across ohsonaughty.co.uk.

I spent a few hours looking at prices and comparing them and found ohsonaughty.co.uk to be the cheapest.

The order arrived in 4 days which is considerable due to royal mails christmas rush.

Everything was in the order and they even included a free gift too.

I will order again very soon for myself.

After buying a little something for the misses from another company's web store (name omitted) I was horrified to be handed my package by the local smirking postman! The advertised as discreet packaging was plastered in said company's well known logo! Suffice to say that was the last time I brought anything from them and switched to Oh So Naughty. Not only have my orders actually been discreetly packaged, customer service enquiries been promptly answered there's free UK delivery and the naughty gift was a welcome surprise. I tip my hat to thee HSN - 5 outa 5.

We ordered and unfortunately the delivery got lost in the post somewhere. However, we was quickly contacted and offered an even better product for the same price, plus next day delivery! The item we originally ordered was in the box plus the extra they gave us as well, so we are very pleased with the level of service. Considering the delay but the freebie we got, they obviously like to keep customers happy :)

Having seen their twitter page and amazing discounts they offer, I decided to place an order and treat myself to a little something. I ordered a mini vibrator, lubricant and a rabbit as they were all on offer.

I ordered on 25/11/2015 and received it today (27/11/2015) so it was super fast delivery in my opinion.

I have ordered from other adult sites and their service in terms of keeping me up to date with my order and delivery have been lacking.

I look forward to ordering from ohsonaughty again in the very near future.

Ordered couple of flavored lubes. When opened the box i found that one of the aromas ive chosen were different, nothing bad but still. Ive called the shop manager immediately and told him bout this issue. They didn't only delivered the right one, i also got the bonus one from them for free and discount for the rest.
