Ordered 4 things in june for carnival & I never received my package.

I didn’t get any communication at all - no tracking number, no status update, literally nothing - until september after i’d emailed & dm’d multiple times - all of which they aired until my final email.

When i did hear back, they asked me to send the clothes back so they could refund the order, i let them know that that’s impossible & asked for a tracking number which they couldn’t provide (aired me again) & then they blocked me, took it up with my bank thank god & to this day i’m still blocked & aired 😂 scammers fr

Wish I could rate it zero stars. They only sent me half of my order and then proceeded to give the worst possible customer service I have ever received including threatening legal action over defamation and harassment when I asked for a refund or the item sent to me. I provided multiple pieces of evidence showing I didn’t get the item, they kept telling me I did receive it and said they had evidence of it but would not send it to me and then completely ignored me. I had to go through my bank to try and get a refund. On top of that I was not the only one this happened to. A true shame because their items are actually very nice.
