Amazing quality, dress is exactly as what is shown in pictures. Sizing chart helped tremendously. 5’3, 150 pounds and a Medium in dresses. Size 6 was the perfect size!

I had an issue with a delayed delivery due to the carrier. The parcel wasn't going to arrive before my holiday so I got in contact with customer services. The response was swift and they arranged for the parcel to be sent back and issued a refund. I believe a company is carried by its customer service and how they respond when an issue arises. They handled this very well and I will continue to order in future (though I may not cut it so fine with pre-holiday orders!)

I like oh Polly’s products pretty much (their swimwear and dresses never tire me). I have been purchasing for 10 years. Their customer care is responsive. @OhPolly I am formally raising a complaint regarding order OP6277734UK.
You cancelled part of my order due to your own technical error (incorrect stock availability), yet only issued a partial refund. Under UK consumer law, when a retailer is unable to fulfil an order, a full refund must be provided without any additional cost to the customer.
I was also informed that I would receive an email confirmation regarding this matter, which I have not received.
I will not accept paying any return fee (£3) for an issue caused entirely by your system error.
If this is not resolved promptly with a full refund, I will escalate the matter through my payment provider and file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection bodies.
Please confirm when the full refund has been processed.

Unfortunately, I can’t say that I had a positive shopping experience overall. While your customer support team was helpful and handled the situation politely, the issue with my order was very disappointing.
My order was marked as dispatched, but it was never actually handed over to the courier and ended up being considered lost. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since I had ordered the item in advance for a special occasion and was relying on it arriving on time.
It was also frustrating to find out that the item was out of stock when I asked for a replacement, leaving me with no option but a refund.
For a brand of this size, I find this kind of situation quite unprofessional, and it has affected my trust in ordering again in the future.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration so that similar issues can be avoided for other customers.
Additionally, I would appreciate if you could consider offering some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
