The customer service was excellent! The hamentaschen not so much. Good flavor but too dry & not enough filling. Very disappointed because Oh Nuts usually has pretty good stuff.

Oh! Nuts stood behind their delivery commitment even when weather got in the way. I had 2 large orders for Hamantasian to be delivered 1 week apart. The first delivery was ground shipped but then I got a notice from UPS that it would be 4 days late due to weather. When I contacted Oh! Nuts saying that given the delay I would use the first order for the 2nd week and cancel the 2nd order they agreed to air freight the 2nd order so that I got it in time to be the first delivery. The product arrived as promised in perfect condition and as always the Hamantasian are delicious.

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a dried fruit basket for my sister‘s birthday. A month later she finally got it rotten and covered in sugar. when I called them about it, they said they had already replaced the box once, which was the first box that had never showed up in the first place. I told them I didn’t want a refund I just wanted the order to be what I ordered. $120.00 they say they honor their orders but they wouldn’t mine. I ordered this on Dec. 26th Jan 27th they pretty much told me too bad. So I’m out of $120 and my sister never got a birthday present. Thanks oh nuts. Do not make my mistake and use this company they do not honor their word.

I ordered over $60 dollars worth of Taffy and Peanut brittle for a party from the Oh nuts website. When it arrived, all of the salt water taffy was ROCK hard and stale and the peanut brittle was crushed into small bits and powder. The entire order was inedible. By far the worse taffy I have ever tried. I tried to contact their customer support and after many days and multiple inquires they said I had to send them photos of every bag so they could check the freshness. I did. Then they assured me that those batches, which I’m sure they never even checked, we’re very fresh and soft at their warehouse. They then proceeded to tell me that I could pay to have any unopened bags sent back to them for a possible refund after they examined everything. Are you kidding me?? Why should I have to pay for a return when their product was TERRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They sell stale candy and then make their customers jump through hoops to get a possible refund. THEY LIE ABOUT FRESHNESS GUARANTEE AND 100% SATISFACTION. If I could give them a negative star, I would, but the lowest I could choose was one star!

I bought 5 flavors of salt water taffy including two bags of cherry and out of the 5 flavors 3 were very stale. The cherry was so hard my daughter asked if it was candy you were supposed to suck on. Of course they did not post my reviews on their website. Tasted fine, but not soft and chewy for sure.

Great service and great products. I sent two different items with dried fruit to family members who were very pleased. They were sent quickly and received on time. Oh Nuts is very reliable and offers great items.

This makes for a wonderful gift. We loved ours so much, we sent one out to family. The variety was excellent and plenty of goodies! I would highly suggest this company and will most likely send out another gift!

Brazil nuts are fresh, have a great crunch to them and very tasty.
