I never received my order and they have stopped all communication. Don’t buy from this company

I had placed my order, sent my pictures over and was very excited to receive this in time for my children for their Easter present. It arrived and had a default on the photograph printed to the bunny. I had emailed them to say I wasn’t happy with the product and whatever was put onto the picture was not from the pictures I had sent. This was a gift for my children as their grandad had passed away so I wanted it to be perfect. Connie replied and stated they were making a new one for me and were checking it over before it was sent out. This was never sent, nor did I get a reply after chasing it up a few times by email. Still haven’t had a replied nor received the product. I am very upset, confused and disappointed. April I made the purchase and here we are in July still waiting…

Sent my order to wrong address then made me pay to have it reshipped to me and it was never sent to me. I have emailed them several times and requested and update or a refund and get no response. Something needs to be done so they stop robbing people.

Placed an order back March 31st for a bear to memorialize my late father, mother and son. I was asked to provide clearer photos in which I did. I have been contact with someone up until 4/13. Now that I have emailed asking to provide an status of my order they have not responded to me. It's horrible to have a company that pulls on the heart strings and uses your lost loved ones to do it. I am sure that i have lost my money and on top of that I never received my order. AVOID this is SCAM

Terrible company ordered a personalized bear, took 2 months to be sent and they sent it to an address that doesn't exist which meant it got returned. Reached out multiple times to make sure it was resent to the correct address only for it to be sent to the wrong address and returned again. It's been 7 months now since I ordered and still no bear and they have stopped responding to emails and WhatsApp over a month now.

Got a soppy email stating they were not doing very well as a company and were offering to previous buyers that they can purchase the picture as a digital copy for £5. Which i thought why not. Purchased on the 15th April 2025 and STILL not heard anything. Many whatsapp messages (as recommended online) and emails later no responce. I will deffinately avoid this rogue company. Save your money and use it elsewhere!

Do not order through Oh my valentine – terrible experience!!! I was convinced this website was a scam, but it turns out they are just hopeless! I ordered a custom bear from, and the website promised delivery within 7–12 business days. Instead, it took over 4 months to arrive — with zero proactive communication. While they did respond to my emails, the replies were vague, unhelpful, and clearly just buying time. It felt like they had no idea what was going on with my order and I could not get s straight answer out of them.

When the bear finally arrived, it was missing the gift bag I paid for – annoying!! And to make it even more frustrating - the box was filled with a bunch candy which I didn’t want or order — one of which had burst open and ruined the bear by sticking to it, staining it and ruining the fur. I appreciate the attempt at a kind gesture, but not when it causes more damage.

I've since reached out again and I am now being completely ignored. What an absolute joke – this business is being run by a bunch of clows. Honestly, the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend buying from this company. Poor service, no accountability, and no care for the customer.

Ordered 2 different personalised items they sent me 2 of the same, quality is rubbish and tacky. I emailed them immediately and they wanted pictures of what they had sent me, surely they should know what they sent. We went back and forth with emails then they said sorry it’s been longer than 14 days no refunds or replacement. Avoid them!

I ordered a personalised memory bear with own writing on it. This arrived with a couple of letters missing from it but the cystomer service was excellent when I raised this with them. A replacement bear was sent out immediately and it was perfect. Great service and great memory bear.

I couldn’t be anymore grateful for these beautiful bears, I purchased two bears for Mother’s Day, they were a little late arriving but the wait was definitely worth it. They made both people cry from these beautiful bears.

I ordered ages ago. A gift for my mum who has recently lost her dad. It was a really sentimental gift. OMV took my money and NEVER sent the item. Everytime I asked for an update I got met with a shoddy excuse that there was a problem in the warehouse. I requested a refund which they denied. Luckily my bank refunded me as I paid nearly £40!! I'm a single struggling mother, I saved up for this bear to never receive it and be met with rude customer services. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered one of your beautiful plushies for a close friend and former teacher of mine who suffered 2 recent losses. The stuffed animals was able to honor her two fur babies at once with 2 photos and a custom message. Beautifully made with intricate detail. Worth the money and time knowing I was giving a loved one something that could help heal a broken heart.

I ordered a Liam Payne teddy bear in December 2024. Emailed the company but have gotten no reply.

I absolutely love my sloth. My mum was obsessed with them. I wanted to honour her memory with a picture of her on one. She would have loved it for sure

I ordered and received one item and was very happy with it. I had emailed the image I wanted to use for a second to make sure they could do it, granted I ordered it after two months but they never told me before I ordered that the image wouldn't work. After another month they email the image won't work they need another. I emailed them back and explained I had tried to get them to answer me before I ever ordered and I asked for a refund. I was told no refund on personalized item, an item they didn't even have started! I sent them a new picture and now another month and half later still do not have my order or even an approximate on when I will get it. This company should be avoided, don't make a hard time in your life harder by dealing with these people. I still wish they would just give me my money back

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company have been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I placed an order on the 25th January and paid for expedited processing (2-5 days). Fast forward to the start of March and they still hadn’t been shipped! I emailed countless times and received the same response time and time again that they were busy and were working on it. Give them their due they did refund the expedited shipping but the items didn’t get shipped until I paused my payment with Klarna then they miraculously shipped a few days later when they knew there a was a chance they weren’t going to get their money. I was so excited for my order to finally arrive today so I could gift to my mum for Mother’s Day (after not being able to give to her on Valentine’s Day due to their delay) and the items have arrived and the pictures aren’t even clear!! The pictures I uploaded were high spec non-blurry pictures yet the ones on the bears you can’t even make out the peoples features! Honestly do not waste your time or money. Applying for a refund, but not hopefully one bit.

Received my gift. The message I gave when ordering regarding the photos wasn’t listened to at all. It is a beautiful gift but it’s not correct and I now have to find something else to get a family manner with 5 days to go until Christmas.

I ordered a bear back in August for my mum after my Nan passed, I still haven’t received it, have asked for a refund and they didnt acknowledge me

Please be vigilant with this company.

I ordered my item over 3 weeks ago now and to my surprise the order has still not been printed or shipped.

I emailed the support team which I was told there was problems in the warehouse so my order wasn’t being printed, with no confirmation when this could potentially be done. “ The warehouse might need more time to process your order, since we are currently facing a problem with our shop platform that we use to track order's status. They might have missed some orders due to unseen status on the platform, which I have listed manually for them to process.”

I have now asked for a cancel and refund of my order which has not been issued, Connie just told me to give them more time.

The team is very dismissive of problems raised considering it is a fault of their own company standards promised.

SHOCKING COMPANY. NOT EVEN A 1 STAR. 2 MONTH WAIT ON DELIVERY PROMISED BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND WHEN RECEIVED, ORDER WAS WRONG!

I ordered a memory bear on 7th December 2024 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. What was meant to be a heart felt gift for my parents for Christmas after the tragic loss of their son, has turned into be nothing but additional stress and sadness.

After several different messages sent via Whatsapp and email to chase my bear, I finally received my bear in February, 2 months after I had ordered and this shoddy company had taken my money.

My bear came, I had paid extra for my brothers own hand writing to be on the bears foot, when my bear arrived there was no message on either foot.

I have reached out to what is meant to be customer services and just keep having the refund policy thrown in my face.

I am not asking for a refund because I have changed my mind, I am asking for a refund because its approaching 3 months since I ordered my bear and I have not received the correct item, and it was meant to be for Christmas.

I have noticed as well as myself, a lot of other people have said that this company have told them they had tried to email them, however, like me, the customer never received any email.

I have been told 'due to high volume of orders, sometimes they get mixed up'. I have never heard such an awful excuse, if your company cannot cope with the sheer amount of orders it is receiving, you need to close your order books so you are capable of actually getting orders correct and dealing with your customers complaints properly.

Also worth noting, the lady emailing me was chasing her manager for a long time on a decision for my complaint..I was offered a new bear with an additional 3 week wait but refuse to wait any longer.

Its sad that vulnerable people who have lost loved ones, are reaching out to this company in hope there orders will provide a little comfort, but to me and a lot of other customer reviews, it seems this company are too money orientated, take your money, and deliver late, incorrect orders etc. Like I stated above, if volume of orders is too high, forget the money for a minute and improve your services on getting orders sent out as ordered and promised.

They have Whatsapp but have never responded to a single message.

Please be vigalent when ordering from this company, there are plenty of other companies out there which can provide thoughtful gifts, accurately and on time.
