Clarity of what we were going to get from Tommy the initial contact to panel installers and electricians

This review was one I posted for JFW Renewables which was bought by OHK. All of the service issues I mentioned here are since OHK took over but they managed to distance themselves from the JFW reviews.

Utterly atrocious service once the system is installed. Well over 2 years now and anytime I have had issues I either got no call back or told it will be weeks before someone can come out and that there are call out charges. All down to cheap battery powered safety devices they installed and never made us aware of.

To be clear - we asked if any of what they were installing in the most inaccessible part of our attic need to be serviced and were told no. OHK dismiss the need for a smoke alarm in our attic and say it is no longer a requirement so they take no responsibility for the cheap battery device that was put there.

We were never told nor was the device listed as installed on the paperwork. We bought from them before they were consumed by OHK Energy and the contracts for warranty etc now sit with OHK. God help us if we need to chase bigger warranty items. Not a company I can recommend based on experience with customer support and care.

The engineers and carpenters were very good , helpful and hard working.

They were very efficient from day 1 and handled everything.

The engagement with Ohk from the outset was professional and efficient.
I got two other quotes for the installation and Ohk wons hands down in terms of value and quality of advice.
I followed up with some industry checks on Ohk in terms of performance and these came back with 5 star reviews.
The installation took 3 hours with a minimum of fuss and disruption. I had one minor issue after the installation which Ohk dealt efficiently with over the phone with an offer to come out to fix it if the remedy didnt work... which it did

Ohk Energy were totally professional, informative and a no push sales technique from the start. Keith visited our home and explained how things would go if we were to go ahead. He explained everything to my wife and myself, and by her own admission, 'she doesn't do technology', she understood everything he explained, and for myself with an engineering/technology background, was very impressed at the information given. We went ahead with the installation and it went without a hitch. The installers turned up on time,took the time making sure I was happy with where they were going to position the system and were so clean you wouldn't have known they had been here. I would highly recommend Ohk energy to anyone.

They arrived when they said, they worked hard and left a good pv installation on the roof. Even though it's winter it's already producing power.the workers all were pleasant and efficient. Need I say more😃

Very efficient, polite, quick and clean installation of all panels, inverter and battery. Crew arrived at 8am, all sorted and all working by 1pm.
