Shipping to Europe
Hello,
products still not arrived (23/12/2021).
Purchased them on the 7th of december to have them in for christmas.
Shipping to Luxembourg (Europe) is taking very long.

I ordered my item on the 6th and to date I haven't received my product,,I was hoping to have it for Christmas day but thats not looking likely..I am not happy therefore with service.
Updated information,the company have been very quick to reply and have forwarded me a replacement,for which I am thankful..they answered and resolved my query swiftly..I will be purchasing from them in the future and thank them for resolving my query.

Basic order, good experience
Ordered some Christmas cards and a few small gifts. Delivered in good time in a nice decorated box. (The padding material used inside the package got on the socks I ordered but wasn't too hard to remove.)

From checking the tracking it appears that the order has been presented to customs as of yesterday. So we would expect delivery to be made very soon.
Sadly, there has been some delays with orders being sent from the UK to the EU this month. In part due to COVID-19 but also the time of the year. We're very sorry for this.

Don't bother if you live in the EU
If you live in Europe, don't bother purchasing anything from Ohh Deer, it's a joke. Ordered some Christmas cards on the 2nd of December, they never showed up. UPDATE: Oh Deer, this is for the first order that was sent to a Berlin address (D179917), I made a follow-up order on the 4th to a UK address (D180722). Looks like you've confused the two orders. TRUSTPILOT: I'd like this review to not be flagged as it's neither illegal or harmeful, thanks!
