Not what I expected.
The description of the planner I ordered said it had 380 pages. Turns out it only had 320 pages. The quality of your Daily Planner has declined since I first started ordering them about 5 years ago. In the future I will be looking for a different planner.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. Please, accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment caused by the customs charges.
Sadly, due to the changes to the Brexit Trade Agreement made on the 1st July 2021 all orders that are imported from the UK to the EU are now subject to customs duties and taxes. The cost of these duties are subject to each individual country within the EU's customs departments and can change frequently which is why we aren't able to provide an accurate breakdown of what the customs charges will be.
In the light of these new changes to the trade agreement, our operations team are working on setting up a new IOSS shipping service that will cover all customs charges before orders are sent out from our warehouse.
This is still currently in the process of being implemented and we don't have a set date for when it will be going live on the Ohhdeer.com site. However, rest assured once it is operational we will be making all of our customers aware.

As the order was placed on December 21st with the standard international delivery option, the normal delivery time was unfortunately affected by the Christmas period. The normal estimated delivery time for a standard international service is 3-6 working days.
Our team have checked the tracking information for you and can see this order was marked as successfully delivered on January 6th - we will ensure someone gets in touch with you shortly to confirm this has been delivered.

Cheese Free Cards.
Was looking for some kooky Christmas cards, far from the cheesy rubbish one finds on the high street. If I wouldn't say something personally, I don't want to give someone a card with it in.
Ohh Deer had just the ticket.
Lovely designs, for reasonable prices for people who don't want to schmooze in their cards. Also posted very quickly.
