Oh-Berlin - English Reviews 

On arrival our host was there to greet us with a bottle of wine and bag of pretzels. Very helpful despite a language barrier. Apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. Location was amazing, so many good bars and restaurants around.

This is a huge apartment in East Berlin. Well located to a variety of train stations, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The apartment was really well furnished with just about everything you needed. Only thing missing was an iron. Owner told us a few places to visit which were amazing. Would be happy to stay there again!

After a seriously bad experience with another holiday lettings company, oh-Berlin restored my faith in the industry. Excellent website which is honest, easy to use and doesn't try to hide any extra charges. From the moment I placed my booking I felt I was in safe hands - immediate receipt / acknowledgement, with several attachments detailing things like key collection, helpful hints on travel / sightseeing in Berlin etc. Upon arrival the guy in the office was extremely welcoming and drew us a map showing practicalities like local bakery, supermarket, best public transport routes for getting into town. Flat was clean, tidy and had all the basic equipment that we needed, plus the office was able to loan other stuff (e.g. tabletennis bats, blender) on request. For the first time ever in a holiday let the Wi-Fi even worked! Checking out was dead easy - we just left the keys on the table and closed the door behind us. No faffing about trailing heavy suitcases to some key deposit box. A great experience and I recommend the oh-berlin team wholeheartedly.

Me and my family were in Berlin apt the Great Stay. The stay was very good. The apartment was well distributed and pleasantly decorated. With the necessary appliances. Just missed a little more than kitchen utensils, such as spoons, forks and knives copos.A location was also very good with public transportation to porta.Foi a very satisfactory stay.

I'd happily recommend this company to all.The apartment was accurately described so that's a good start. They kept us up to date with a countdown to the holiday,gave us special offers and some helpful tourist advice. Best of all we got a welcome email on arrival in Germany to give us their contact details in the city and to tell us to contact them if their where any problems. Nice touch.

Generally pleased with service from Oh Berlin which gave good information on their flats for rent and responded quickly to any email enquiries. Only 1 criticism which is they gave me the wrong email address for the flat owner which meant that although I emailed as requested 4 days in advance of the trip she did not receive this and I got an email from her asking me to contact immediately.

We booked a lovely apartment to stay in, all the contact details were perfect and we had no trouble contacting the owners, finding and arriving at the place.
Everything was exactly as it appeared on the website, and we were really happy.

The only slight issue is having to pay cash on arrival - I would rather have been able to pay in advance on a credit card. But perhaps that is too complicated for such a rental business.

Our stay in Berlin was wonderful. The staff were very professional and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and just beautiful in great location. We will definitely book with Oh Berlin next time we visit. Thank you

Absolutely fine! Some website can be a bit awkward and don't respond quickly if you have queries, however Oh-Berlin was just the opposite! I had a reply within 24 hours to my queries and the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable about policies and procedures. A good website who I will definitely use on my trip to Berlin next year.

We loved our apartment in Berlin - it was just as advertised. The check-in was smooth and our contact was very helpful.

Apartment is quirky. Clean. But could have done with painting. And shower didnot work very well. It needed a new head. But great location,space,equipment etc.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with added option of a sofa bed in loungeroom. Great for families or a group of friends. Never had to deal with owner as collected keys from.restaurant 2 doors down so also very private. Would definitely stay there again as so much to do in Berlin

This spacious and very comfortable apartment had everything to make our holiday pleasant. It was extremely clean with a smart bathroom and kitchen. Great views across a rose garden and lake and a balcony to relax on. The metro and 2 supermarkets were 5 minutes away and the cafe next door served wonderful food! I highly recommend this apartment.

Outstanding hospitality.

OH-Berlin was fine to deal with. THe apartment was very impressive - large, clean, very attractive and a great location. However, would be better if the tourist tax was explicitly included in amount that is required for payment upon arrival.

We had an apartment a bit above what we usually spent en a bit more luxuarly then we are used. To us it was very confortable, clean and pleasant. Only the wifi didn't work. I should have pfoned the housekeeper, she could have phoned the provider. ( I reported to her and she said so)

Me and my wife stayed from 2nd to the 7 th of June 2014. The apartment was conveniently located and close to the tram station, restaurants and shopping malls. the apartment had all the amenities and equipments. The only thing we felt was that the apartment we stayed need a little refurbishment. Speaking amount the host/ owner, Mr Nagetal , he is a wonderful person. He very trustworthy, friendly, helpful, caring and accommodative.

Generally really good option when staying in Berlin. it is near a underground station, and anywhere in Berlin is within a half hour of the front door. I advise a Berlin travel card, enabling you to bounce on and off trains as desired. Apartment was lovely despite being on the 4th or 5th floor. No lift. Price was reasonable. We had 5 men, so 3 hotel rooms would have been required.
