Avoid. Was given a £231 valuation for an iPhone but when they inspected it, dropped the offer to £155. As soon as I rejected that offer, it suddenly rose to £193! Be assured, this phone was pristin... See more

We bought a phone from them in December…

We bought a phone from them in December 2019 which was faulty I think it took about 3 to 4 weeks to send out a new phone. They have just sent me a pre legal notice !!!!! not sure what it is saying that we sent them a locked phone ( this is the one we returned to them faulty ) They now say they will begin legal proceedings unless they receive a response within 28 days. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. This is a message directly to the CEO Glyn Lawrence Griffiths you should get involved and deal with this as I would be embarrassed to run such a sloppy business as this

Stay well clear OG exclusives London…

Stay well clear OG exclusives London are using other companies to carry on their scam, having used a company called branded mobile. My phone arrived today from OG exclusives London after 5min iPhone warned battery was not an authorised repair, phone is now switch off and D.O.A, look at the reviews mybfear this company are aware of broken phones, they send them out knowing you will have to return them making you aware it will take 30days to process a refund. In this time they just send your broken phone out to another unsuspected buyer and start the whole process again its a scam of the highest order.

Do not use this company

Hi, sold my iPhone 11S in perfect condition 1 year old to them as they quote £527. After receiving my phone they offered £381 which I refused. But they claim they paid anyway although I never received the money on my account. They refuse to follow up with their bank. Be warned, never use this company.

Worst company I’ve ever bought from

Awful company. My 2nd hand phone I purchased from them had been cheaply fixed with the cheapest screen you can get so after a few months the edges started to disintegrate. When contacted, they were unwilling to do anything when it’s clearly obvious that they just fix phones up to last a few months. AVOID

Dont be fooled by buying from these…

Dont be fooled by buying from these people.
2 phones off them.
1st one had fault sent it back to them then they never issued a refund so I had to go to my bank to get the money back from them.
2nd time phone stopped working just passed the 90days and it's a manufacturer problem but they still wouldnt fix.
I personally they fix up the phones knowing they wont last long.
It did state 12 months peace of mind warranty under the description but then in there information says only 90days. So misleading

Possibly the worst reviewed company on Trustpilot

Purchased a phone from GAME which was supposed to be fulfilled by OG Exclusives. The phone was never sent and they refused to give me a refund. To cut a very long story, very short, I was very close to taking GAME to a small claims court when Paypal stepped in and settled in my favour. Both companies are to blame. OGExclusives is a joke of a company, and GAME are just as bad for allowing them to sell through their web site. If this is happening to you then contact your bank if you paid via credit card or if you used Paypal, open a dispute and you will get them money returned that way. Obviously the smartest idea is not to buy from them in the first place.

A company there to cheat customers

Hi All
If you value your money never ever use this seller. I ordered an IPhone from this seller through Game.co.uk, now 38 days over and I haven’t received my item or a refund. Every time you contact the customer service they send you same copy paste answers. A company there to cheat the customers. Please avoid them. I cannot comment on their item because I haven’t received it but I am sure their items will be fake as well. I never seen such a disgraceful seller in my life. Can anyone imagine 38 days over since the purchase and no refund, do they have any respect to Consumer Right Act 2015?.

Seems I’m not the only one with the problem with this company, ordered iPhone back in April said dispatched 2 days later. Guess who still hasn’t received there iPhone neither a refund. Will be taking this further. Customer service is appalling. Avoid this company. I have no idea why Game are allowing the to use there marketplace for a selling.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Really terrible.

Again like many other reviews, my iPhone did not turn up. Apparently it was dispatched on the 27th April, but Royal Mail never received it, even weeks later. After difficulties getting in touch to find out what the hell was going in I was told it was being dispatched Thursday last week and that it would be with me in a couple of days. Again, phone didn't arrive, Royal Mail never received it.

I tried to communicate the distress this was causing; I work for the NHS remotely now due to Covid and rely on my phone to make contact with patients as the trust haven't provided me with a work phone yet (another issue) - and my current phone was dying.

I received an email a couple of days ago again to say it was being dispatched and that I should expect it soon, then 5 minutes later an email to say they were processing a refund. Contact was difficult and I felt insulted that they had issued a refund without any communication that my phone had actually been 'lost in transit' - they just processed this without even informing me what the hell they were doing.

Terrible, terrible service. I don't know how they are still running and I am shocked a company as reputable as GAME have affiliated themselves with them.

All seems very odd that there are a load of customers who have had the same difficulties around the same time.

Horrendous company.... Avoid!!!!!!

Horrendous company. Iphone ordered on 27.04.20 with expected delivery date of 30.04.20. Phone hadn't arrived by 07.05.20. Contacted with a response saying sorry for delay. Might be up to 30 days?!? I asked for order to be cancelled/refunded. No response. Requested again on 12.05.20. They said its been dispatched that day so can't cancel. I ask for tracking number. Get reply on 13.05.20 saying its been dispatched that morning. I contact on the 14.05.20 saying I want a refund. They reply saying it will be with me fri. Monday 18.05.20 an email to say it was dispatched on fri evening. Have now had a refund via Barclays chargeback and still no sign of the phone.

Avoid this company at all costs..... They are useless.

I also have not received my phone from…

I also have not received my phone from og exclusives ordered a month ago and they refuse to give a refund unless you reject the delivery from Royal Mail. They provide tracking numbers that Royal Mail has never received. How can you reject a delivery that’s never been sent! This looks like a scam. I also will be getting touch with trading standards about this company. I have reached out to game one last time to get a refund but if this doesn’t work I will have to contact my card provider to get money back. Game needs to stop selling this companies phones on their market place as it is seriously damaging their reputation.
Next step is to contact a consumer champion to investigate this company.

Do not deal with this company

Would prefer zero stars, but that is not an option. Ordered an iPhone on 22 April and was told almost immediately it had been shipped. Delivery was promised in 2-3 working days. Still had not arrived by 9 May and Royal Mail Tracking said the merchant had shipped it to them on 27 April but they had not received it. Having cancelled on 9 May and asked for a refund, they kept telling me they were going to ship it. They also keep saying they would look for it in the Royal Mail System - obviously it will not be there because Royal Mail never received it. They just ignore the requests for a refund and make excuses. Game (through whom I made the original order) even sent me an email asking me to review the product I had never received, and changed the status of my order to "received". Given up in desperation now (18 May) and am asking my bank to reclaim the payment. Do not deal with this company!
