Created an account for the new user promo. After depositing, it tells me my account is not set up and it "should take less than a minute". 30 minutes later and still nothing. I cannot place a trade at all and support will not respond to me. So far this is the most garbage sportsbook I have ever seen. I also did not appreciate my account automatically being linked from crypto.com, as i did not know they were partners. I already know i wont be able to withdraw my funds either. Why allow me to deposit but literally nothing else? This site is absolute trash and should not be used at all unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

Edit: 4 days later and my account is still “not set up” yet. Support keeps telling me to respond to their email but i have received no emails from them. My dog could run a site better than this. I give up trying with this trash service.

Made an account on og.com and was attempting to take advantage of the promo that said if I traded 10 I would get 10 in credit. When I went to deposit the app said you can deposit but your account is not set up all the way. Ask support how I can verify my account and they told me incorrect information. Despite my hesitant I still deposited small amount and then was unable to trade because apparently my account is not set up although I have no way of doing that. I've been talking to support for 2 days now and they've given me no answers and no progress at all. Got tired of it and finally tried withdrawing my small amount on there to back to my bank account that I had deposited with. Now the withdrawals are getting canceled and I have no information so it's been pretty terrible. if anything changes I'll update my review.
