Honesty and integrity
Although the solar panel did not work properly the retailer responded very quickly and well. They arranged to take back the panel and refunded the cost. Very reputable company which I will certainly will be doing business with again in the next camping season. Highly recommend Off Grid for honestly and integrity.
I might add that there are some companies who are not in the EU and are not subject to EU laws. This means if you buy something and it is defective you have no recourse. Better to shop local.

Good sales service
offyourgrid got back to me on the next working day when the unit I wanted was not in stock. This enabled me to switch to an alternative Ecoflow unit in time to power my outdoor gig later that week.
