Did not receive my order. It’s only your review request that’s made me remember they were still on order so will be contacting Paypal to asked for my money back👎👎

Order has not arrived - ordered on 15th June - emailed x3 times (with no reply) - just called the office number which lead me to a message saying they were closed on a Friday at 10:30am...they've taken my money, but have not sent me the order, nor replied to any of my emails. Not good business practice, and very bad karma...not impressed. Would swerve these if I were any of you. It's a shame, as the T-Shirts look really good....then...sometime later....
The T-Shirt arrived FINALLY, and is very good, and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
I've edited this review back up to 5* as we got there in the end, and I love it! I know that there are no doubt a million influences and decisions on how best to process orders...but it was the lack of replying via email and no pickups on the telling bone that first made me give a 1*...I will return to purchase...if your short staffed, give me a ping, might be able to help ;-)

I’m giving four stars because although there was a problem with my order it was dealt with brilliantly. I placed an order a few weeks back (they do have long lead times - I expected that from previous reviews) but when it came this weekend the shirt was unfortunately the wrong size and colour. I emailed the company and got an immediate response, apologising for the mix up. They didn’t have any of the correct size/colour when they checked so they refunded me and told me just to keep the one they had sent to make up for the inconvenience! Top customer service! As mentioned, the t-shirt is the wrong size and colour but it is a great quality shirt - I would buy from them again.

Ordered 2 weeks ago still no confirmation of order but money was taken, only ever got the email that says they got my order. Tried emailing no reply, left message on facebook messenger, no reply. Ive no problem waiting if i knew it was going through but nothing since i made the order.

The tee shirts are great, smashing material feel a good quality. We will be ordering more from this company, they could not have helped us more. We were let down by the Royal Mail, it took two weeks pass the dated stated by Off World Tees to receive them.

First of all, great products with fantastic prints, just up my street. I love movies and having obscure references is fantastic. The quality of the T-shirts and the quality of the prints are first rate. The fit of the T-shirts are just how I like them. I bought a large on the safe side (As I bought mediums from other places that are too small) but they were too big. They happily changed them for medium which was a very easy process. I will definitely be buying more products from them. great work.

I ordered a T Shirt as a Christmas present for my wife. It was delivered in plenty of time but, due to an oversight on my part when ordering, was the wrong size. I contacted the company who were very helpful and arranged a return and replacement straight away. The shirt is excellent quality, fits perfectly (now I've got the size right) and my wife absolutely loves it. Will definitely order from Off World Tees again, excellent service start to finish.

Ordered two shirts back in July of 2022 but still haven’t received them. Reached out to them many times, but only heard back once in October, where they assured me they have found another distributor that would get me my order, but I haven’t received the order or heard from them since. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. They really don’t seem to care about their customers. If they were having problems, but reached out and were transparent about everything, I would understand, but they don’t say anything

Put an order in before Christmas, got here in good time and the shirts are brilliant , excellent quality all round from the shirt to the print

Great t-shirts but your comms really need some improvement. Waited over a week and hadn’t heard anything so I wasn’t sure if this company was even legit. Turns out they are and the t-shirts arrived. Now I’m confident with purchasing I’ll be buying some more!

Great t-shirts, arrived quickly and really happy with quality of the print and the t-shirt itself. Sizes also as expected

After seven weeks my order didn't arrived. Customer care is poor, they didn't answer, or only answer sporadic. Even introducing PayPal in my issue isn't working either OffWorldTees or PayPal cares about my missing items and lost money (110€). All I want is my delivery, or at least a date of delivery or a refund in case the items aren't available any longer. But no one cares...

Update 15.12.2022:
Three months since ordering: PayPal closes the case and returns my money. In the whole issue no statements from OffWorldTees.

I ordered a sweater December 2020 and have not received my item or any communication back to my multiple inquiries.

Don't waste your money!!!
