Offset Skate Supply Reviews

Excellent service, highly recommended

Great selection on harder to find boards and super quick shipping

Despite the extended delivery, Tony made it his business to monitor the status of the shipment. He handled it professionally and sincerely. Not many sellers will do that. The website is easy to navigate and the product descriptions are on point.

Tony was super helpful during the process of purchasing my complete. He answered all my questions in a friendly and timely fashion Shipping was also very fast.

Amazing service and reliable. Was able to talk to them when I had a problem with my order and they gladly fix it.

Love Offset - knowledgeable, responsive and friendly team that stock some great stuff. What more could you want?

Great customer service, really good to deal with.

Great service and very knowledgeable. They also have plenty of products that other shops do not stock.

Super helpful costumer service. Highly recommend

I tried to order complete board using freestyle setup builder but a couple of minor parts weren’t available so I couldn’t proceed. So I contacted Tony via the website, and he promptly replied with great advice. A day or so later after parts arrived I was able to purchase a complete setup (with Tony’s own deck) which arrived safely in far away New Zealand. Great service, highly recommend. Michael Hall.

Awesome complete set up and very fast shipping- thank you!

Good products and prompt service. Amazing descriptions on all off the products. All online retail sites should be like this.

Best skate shop ever. Always sets up my board never complains and always show support for rolling fingerflips involving the use of both hands. 10/10 would rebuy again. Lol

The best experience I ever had with a skateboard order. The customer service rep was extremely charming and went above and beyond anything I could ask for. The level of attention to my order made me feel important and valued as a customer. I would recommend Offset to anyone looking for skateboard products. They treated me like I was a pro skateboarder.

Fast and quality, offered advice on installing, personal touch- great service!
many thanks

Excellent products, delivered quickly with no problems. Would definitely buy from here again

This shop is great!

FILM rails really change the game when it comes to setting up rails on your board. Worth every penny. They've got sticky back on them, makes for easy as f*u*c*k alignment on your board and drillin! Set up done in 5 minutes.

Nice one offsetskatesupply! 👌

I ordered a complete board with some instructions I added in the delivery instructions box. They got back to me within about half an hour confirming everything including what I'd written. They then fully assembled my board and shipped it out with the very next DHL pickup, and I received it the next day!

The board itself feels fantastic, and skates like a dream - I'd been trying to learn freestyle on a regular popsicle board, but had no idea just how much better feeling this would be. It was a bit of a risk as there aren't any local skate shops near me that have any freestyle setups or decks for me to try, but this has been hands-down one of the best purchases I've ever made, and that includes the fan I've been using to keep alive over the past few days!

Phenomenal service, and great prices - I have definitely been won over & have been telling all my mates about these guys; genuinely great company, and I'll be buying again from them in the future :)

They are called offset but everything with my order was on point. Great service and advise on gear. Shipping abroad was no problem at all. Everything arrived it top condition. 11 out of 10. If this was YouTube I would subscribe

Absolutely love Tony's shop, brilliant stock and such a big help for the community too. And Tony himself is super helpful for advice and customer service (he messaged me realising i was a plonker and had ordered two pieces that don't go well together, and sorted me out)
Will continue getting my freestyle equipment from Offset, and my longboard stuff when i can too :)
