I’d give 0 stars if I could.

This is a scam do not order.

Ordered 2 jumpers and when they arrived (after taking a month) they were nothing like the picture: different material, colour, size, everything that could have been different was.

Then I emailed and have been trying to claim a refund and send back the horrific items and they're trying to negotiate a 20% refund even though their returns policy states you are entitled to a refund within 30 days. After emailing back and forth they've now gone silent and will not respond to my demand for a full refund due to their scam.

Do not order!!!!
Looks nothing like the picture and was a ridiculous size when came. Scam!!!

Also, when trying to refund they try to barter a % refund, something not stated on the website previously.
