0 stars if I could. I ordered 4 sunsetlamps, they arrived promptly. When I unpacked them and tried the first one out, it didn't work, tried the other ones and literally NONE of the 4 worked. I've been spamming customerservice about this, at first they were replying, but now they are ignoring me. I want a refund NOW

Unreliable and zero customer service: Been sent incorrect item - inferior to the one I ordered, and no response to my requests to resolve this. Seems to be a scam.

Sent a cheaper version that doesn't even work.
I should of read all the reviews before ordering from this company, they are clearly a scam as I've had the same issue everyone else has had.

This is a scam!!! My daughter bought 2 broken lamps we sent a video showing they don’t work so she could get a refund. The refund was offered only if we paid the postage to return!!!! I don’t think so, this breaks the Consumer Credit Act 2015 where the seller is liable to pay return postage cost. After my carefully worded email she got a full refund!!! Sadly as I said it is a scam they are cheap and don’t work. 1 of the boxes was slightly bashed so second hand product. Be warned ☹️

Received 2 broken lamps, sent 4 emails and phoned twice, no response or reply. Still waiting …..

Really nice lamp, runs off USB. The colours are not quite as distinct in the gradient, but it still give a really nice vibe to the room.

They initially sent me over 2 of the same colour when I ordered 2 different ones... however they were very friendly over email, quick to respond, and sent me a replacement promptly.

Ordered a 5-in-1 lamp for my daughter as a Christmas present, which she chose. They sent the wrong one, with no instructions, and the wiring and soldering are dodgy, so it's not fit for purpose. Emailed them, and they said if I keep it, they'll knock 30% off. I declined, and asked them to send me a pre-paid returns label. They replied and instructed me to send it back, at my cost using tracked postage. I refused, and reminded them of their returns policy on their website. They just send me a blase reply, saying they don't pay for returns and to "have a nice day". I'm fuming, and they have not heard the last of this. I am hoping they do the right thing and pay for the return. The error is theirs, not mine.

Sent me a broken lamp. Organised a replacement, but then sent me the wrong lamp without the colours I wanted. Sent several emails and have been ignored.

Received my order but one lamp was faulty. asked me to send a video to explain the fault. Did it but received a mail saying this wasn't a fault . Sent another email including the instructions proving it was a fault and demanding a refund as this was a Xmas present. That was 26/01 we are 02/02 , still no reply. DO NOT order from this company. No customer service!!! now going through Paypal for refund . Telling everyone on Facebook .

Ordered 3 sunset lamps for Christmas and they never arrived. Communication with this company is dreadful and I am now making a claim to try and get my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered in December- lamp not arrived. Made numerous attempts to contact the company - heard nothing back. Don't buy!

If I could give zero I would. No customer contact despite numerous emails. Taken money and now refuse to contact us. The reviews on their website must be false - reporting to Trading standards, hopefully if enough people report them they might actually be closed down. FALSE ADVERTISING avoid

Very poor business practice; persistently poor communication; shoukd not be operating in the UK. Currently reporting Official Sunset Lamps to Trading Standards, and advise anyone considering buying their lamps to refrain from doing so.

The company does not post with next day delivery as stated online and on their receipt. After two weeks of ordering they sent me a lamp that is scratched all over the glass lens and they do not want to acknowledge this or willing to compensate by paying for the return post.
You can find half price cheaper ones on Amazon with great reviews.

Lamp arrived smashed. Took pics and sent them. They say I have to pay postage to send back as this is their policy. However that’s not the law! Won’t even have the decency to discuss if they would refund the postage once they got it. If an item is faulty, seller pays postage, even a teeny tiny ebay seller knows that! Purchased from them as wanted to give my money to original creater and wanted better lamp and service than cheap fakes, shouldn’t have bothered! Robotic replies, fraudulent policies. Why should I be £7 out of pocket because you sent me a broken item?? Advice - get a cheap one from Amazon!

I got this light to cast on to a wall in my office - but it didn't stay in my office very long as my son soon nicked it and used it for his bedroom. He says that it is the perfect light for relaxing - low light and not as bright as a nightlight So if he's happy I'm happy!

Great lamp, sturdy metal base and solid lense make for a quality feel. Gives a circular ring of rainbow colours. Looks fantastic through plant foliage as its sharp focus projects clear images of the leaves on the wall or ceiling.

Says 24 hours customer service but don’t reply to your emails and can’t return unless you have emailed them first as they don’t refund you without confirmation of your email. Very suspicious and loads cheaper on Amazon 17 compared to 59.

Absolutely cheap product, looks like I bought it from Aliexpress for £1 not £30. The USB cable was faulty. I had to pay the return shipping because they do not cover it. I regret buying from this website, would never recommend. STAY AWAY!
