Scam Alert!
I’d rank them ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order a week ago. Since then, no response. I used the tracking feature on the website and it says my order is still processing. I’m going to chalk this up as my own fault. Several red flags I should have caught. Orders must be $100 or more. Website says free shipping but there was a $10.99 shipping fee in the cart. The website also led me to believe I could use a Visa card to pay. No option upon checkout. I tried the Venmo option. They emailed me to tell me the Venmo feature wasn’t working and I could use other “options”. I chose Apple Cash and followed the payment instructions on their email. Since then, silence. Stay away from these scam artists.
Update:I called the number on the website. No answer. Immediately I received a text asking if I needed assistance. I requested a refund and no response since. That was 2 weeks ago.
