I’ve used Official Pets a couple of times now, and every time it’s been super easy and smooth. Most recently I needed a new letter for my service dog Sofia, and Leon helped me through it - he was so kind, patient, and just easy to talk to. I really appreciate how quick and clear everything was. It didn’t feel stressful or cold, which is rare these days with online services. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I need an ESA letter for November, but I thought I'd get the process started early because I assumed it would be a long wait. It was not! They called me the same day and helped me check resources to make sure I wasn't wasting my time or money. I ended up needing the ESA and not the PSD which I thought I did and they refunded me the difference right away. This process was super easy and is a huge weight lifted. Would 1000% recommend.

I love official pets! My experience could not have been more smooth. I got a call back promptly where everything was explained to me. My therpist Theresa was excellent, a great listener and extremely kind. All of my questions were answered and my letter for my emotional support cat was given right away. It’s worth the money (cost is fairly low) to keep your pets with you regardless of rules set by living conditions. I would recommend this service to anyone in need.

Getting my ESA letter for my animal Nala was a stressful process—not because of Official Pets, but due to some issues on my apartment’s approval side. Thankfully, Official Pets truly came through for me. Leon personally reached out via message and phone to see what else my apartment needed for my ESA approval. He went above and beyond by ensuring I was connected with my therapist so my letter could be approved.
