Thought this company were great, last minute order - pricey but would have been worth it. However did not inform me when they couldn’t provide what I ordered (well the most expensive part of my order) and instead replaced it with cheaper platters I did not want or need. Didn’t inform me of the change and charged me full price, had to call twice to get this corrected and even then still not got a refund for the item I didn’t receive - when I said this the man emailed and replied telling me “you crossed a line asking for full refund of the item” - again, happy for them to keep the money for the platter I did order and received, even the £30 delivery fee for the driver - just not £42 for a wrap platter I did not get! Because I have asked for this refund they have said I’m crossing a line and will hear from lawyers - hilarious and look forward to it if they do, as I have every line or proof otherwise so will not accept intimidating words or threats!

I needed a last-minute delivery a couple of weeks ago, and I found the customer service rep on the phone super helpful and even gave me some good recommendations on what to order from the menu. The food was also great and I would use them again for catering.

Excellent quality of food, tasty and well presented.

Good quality food although portion sizes were a little on the small side as we didn't quite have enough for the group of 20 that I ordered for.

There is the possibility of course that we were entertaining people with very large appetites, hence we were running slightly low on sandwiches by the end of lunch.

U have ordered sandwiches, salad and middle easter starter; in general the portions are small-medium;
the quality of the sandwich was average-low, not much filing and not great taste.
Salad was good but grains not properly cooked
Apetizera good amount of fresh and tasty vegetables but the pita bread was old

It was easy to order and the food turned up exactly as expected on time and it was good quality. I would recommend this service to anybody and I will use it again.

First time using Office Serve will definitley use again , food was fantastic and fresh and delivery guy was exceptional very polite and very proffessional.

I was referred to Office Serve by a colleague who had used them before. I dealt with Matt who couldn't have been more helpful and responded to queries very quickly. Delivery was bang on time and food was excellent.

Since I was recommended your company, I was expecting good service and good food. While the food was tasty and everyone at our corporate lunch enjoyed it, I cannot say I am happy with the service.

I ordered our lunch to arrive between 10am-12pm. Then the day before I spoke with one of your staff members, who said the order was due 10:30am and I requested it to come closer to 12pm since it was for a lunch starting at 1pm.

I ended up receiving the food at 9:30am. After over an hour on the phone speaking to one of your staff members, she finally agreed to send the driver again to collect the order and deliver it back later.

I would really appreciate if we can receive some sort of refund on our order due to this bad service.

Food was fresh and delicious. Everyone in the office enjoyed it. Only cons was the delivery time. we asked to be delivered around 9am and they delivered before 8am

Great service as usual. Just as a suggestion could you please put the garnish of the plates separate from the sandwiches?

Placed order with ease. Very happy with the clear communication when I needed to add to my order.

Substitutions made for some drinks without informing. The food is great quality, well packaged and tasty. My only complaint would be that i didnt want disposable plastic cups or cutlery to be sent and it still was.

The order arrived on time as promised and the quality of the food was superb.

Beakfast order on Tuesday 28th January was late. I specified 0730 delivery time on the "notes" section of the online ordering form, which was not picked up by either the driver or the office. It arrived at 0830 and delegates had been waiting for some time. The office informed me that they could not see this section and would pick up the issue with IT.

I then had to screen shot and sent my remaining 5 orders for 28/29/20 January to the office so they could read the notes sections. This and the chasing emails/phone calls was labour intensive and stressful for me on a period of 3 day Executive meetings.

I also found lunch portion sizes small, I had to order extra for the remaining days lunches. The online guide was not accurate.

Although the salads & lunch ordered were delicious, we ordered around £150 worth of food to feed 11 people.

When it arrived I was worried it wouldn't stretch very far & unfortunately I was correct.

When I ordered this online I got a notification saying that I had ordered enough to feed 25 people... it barely fed 10.
