We have a replacement procedure for damaged goods and we are able to get replacement goods sent out to you once we have seen proof of the damages. There can be some situations where large furniture can get damaged during transit, but we are always willing to replace any products if this is the case. The filing cabinet was damaged
The filing cabinet was damaged. I rang customer service as soon as it had arrived in the morning and spoke to a man who asked me to send in photos which I did whilst on the phone to him. He told me I would get an email explaining what would happen next. When nothing had come through I rang at six pm to find out what was happening only to be told that the call had not been logged. The only two reasons you got 1 star was because a) I couldn’t score any lower and b) Maria in customer service has tried to sort it out for me since. It has been appalling service and quality overall so far

I understand the frustration that you feel as the case was not logged and dealt with straight away and that you were expecting a replacement same day . However as I explained we would not have been able to get a collection and replacement to you on the same day .
