Great service, quality product

I bought this chair for my son in May 2013 for £63.90 which seemed a fair price. The chair does it's job although it is definitely a chair for a smaller child and may not last him at 10 as long as I may have hoped. I am 5" 2in and feel too big for it! It looks great and fitted together well. It would work well for a younger child and last them a good while. However since buying this albeit quickly online without maybe reading in depth every word of small print, I am being pursued via a German bank in German which I don't speak for what I now see is the VAT. This was not mentioned at all on my original order and I imagine is something to do with me being a domestic client rather than a bulk buying office. However it is not clear and lets the whole experience down for me. Having not understood the original email requests the amount is growing and I am going to have to spend an awkward day on the phone to sort this out. Can this not be clearer to people? It lets down an otherwise really good service with a good well designed product.

I placed this order as the items were apparently in stock on the website, about a week later I get an email saying it's out of stock with "They will arrive at the end of next week, the 9 calender week". I sent an email asking them to explain why the website STILL said they were in stock, but I've yet to receive a reply or the items I ordered. Not particularly impressed.

Excellent delivery service. Easy to assemble from pictogram instructions. Looks great and comfortable with adjustable height. Only disappointment were the castors the wheels of which did not revolve easily.

I purchased a Racer200 chair on monday and it arrived on Friday which I was very pleased with as it came from Germany. When I build the chair it looked amazing and the build quality is excellent can't complain 5 stars.

After ordering the 'Racer 200' as a birthday present for my son on the 24th November I expected delivery to be about 4-5 days as reviews on the site said the service was prompt. Over a week later still no chair so I called Office Chair to find out when it would arrive, nobody could tell me anything so I was told someone would call me back! No call no response to emails, numerous calls later I spoke to someone in charge who was very sorry and said he would email me to let me know what was happening and offering me a refund. I requested a refund!...5 days later...no refund no response!! Son's birthday ruined!!! Would never deal with them again....AWFUL SERVICE!

Ordered two chairs late on Friday night - they were coming from Germany so I expected a wait. However, the chairs were dispatched on Monday and were delivered to me at 6.30pm on the Wednesday! Excellent!
