The product itself seems very good, however, the small print you probably missed means they subscribe you to their £40 a month plan, with no account and no immediate means of cancelling or disputing the payment. Such tactics are a disgrace. Avoid the company at all costs.

Just like all the other PDF scams you…
Just like all the other PDF scams you buy one conversion and then in the tiniest print possible at the bottom of your email it says that they will take £40 a month out of your account. I have been very ill for six months and I’m on the national waiting list now for a kidney transplant and yet every month this company has taken £40 out of my account. I’m disgusted and shocked by this practice. I don’t believe any good reviews here are genuine.

Used their services. Then they took £39 for subscription, I never signed up for. Usually subscription comes with a notice that you subscribed, like movie sites. In this case they just took the money. Stay away..

This is a company which seeks to hoodwink consumers, enticing them into a 'tacit' agreement, published in small and fine print font.There was no clear and visible declaration of this I had no clue that I was paying 5 months of £39.90 a month for using their services once. Somethings may be justified on paper, but not according to the reasonable moral conscience. I will not be using your services again.

A legal fraud
The advertising is dishonest even if it is legal (which surprises me). It gives the impression you are being charged 50p for a document conversion, and you find yourself being charged £39 for a subscription a few days later. If I did not read some small print, it was very small indeed and very well hidden, which I can only assume was deliberate. Company should be shut down.

Don't use they con you
Dont use this site I looked for a PDF converter and the offer of 50p was there so I got it they have now taken a further £39.90 without my permission and refuse to refund this is a complete con and I would suggest you do not use there site or offer there are free PDF converters online.

Doesn't handle difficult documents
I gave the system a PDF document that had a lot of images. Also, some text had a coloured background. Some images did not appear in the Word output. Also, it appears to do character recognition on occasion so the name "Bradley" came out as "Brodley". Basically flakey.
Also, I too missed the "2 day trial period" condition and was stung for 39 GBP. I think this is how they make their money!

I paid for a £0.50 conversion and 4 days later they took a year’s subscription from my account.
Customer service levels are rock bottom with repetitive requests for previously sent information. Phishing for information.
