Found my product here much cheaper than elsewhere and with free delivery too. The product arrived quickly and was well packed. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

A glitch in delivery - 1 item omitted from consignment was rectified by phone with an immediate apology and admission of error - immediate dispatch of the missing item by special delivery. Most friendly and efficient !

Orderd a bag from Office ETC.
Delivery day no bag, I waited a few days to see if it would arrive.

Contacted Office ETC and they have confirmed it was a mix up with the delivery company and would be posted.

I always require genuine cannon ink cartridges and its great to find a site that can provide them at a reasonable price and give a quick delivery service - Office etc is my kind of site.

I found the website easy to use and the response from the placing my order very quick.

The item I ordered, at an excellent price, was shown as being in stock. Unfortunately, this turned out to be incorrect. However, I was offered a suitable, more expensive alternative, at no extra cost to me.

Their customer service was excellent.

I received the product promtly and was more than happy with it.

I'd certainly use them again and would recommend others to do so.
