Order a product and after 4 days of waiting for shipment confirmation I called and they said it was system error and my product would ship out the following day and they will follow up with email reply. Well three days later with no shipment update and no email follow up I had to call again and same answer the product will ship and tomorrow and we will follow up with email replay. Let see what happens this time.
I purchased a generator bundle with a 400w panel via their website. A few days later, they send me an email stating that they have a glitch in their system that applied the wrong coupon code to my order and gave me two options, cancel my order or pay the "difference" of the actual price of the bundle. Instead operating with integrity and accountability, and fixing the issue, they are canceling orders and doing a switch-a-roo on the pricing. You have been forewarned. You are better off buying directly from EcoFlow or from another vendor.
