Offgridpowersolutions: Poor service
I am very disappointed in the service I received. I placed an order online on the 1 Jan and it is now the 6th Jan with Zero communication from offgridpowersolution except for the initial system generated email. There is also no indication on the website or emails from the company about closing times for the holiday period. UPDATE 12/01/26: I received my order today. Received an email on the 7th of Jan informing me that only skeleton staff at work and that my order will be processed in due
course.

They have very poor customer service. Seem like a scam
I ordered an invertor 3 weeks ago and when i call they don't pick up or when i send Emails they don't respond. I dont even know if my order was sent. Starting to feel like a scam. I would not recommend them because their customer service is terrible. They have no regards for the customer whatsoever.

Got the shipping details completely wrong
On my order confirmation sent by them, my contact details were absolutely correct. However, they handed the completely incorrect details to the courier which resulted in me having to waste 1.5 hours of my time trying to contact the courier and fix the details. This review is entirely based on that experience and not the product. I will update it at a later point based on my further experience with the product.

Great but needs more courier information.
Very good service and delivery was faster than i thought it would be, my only issue was with them not sending me any details on the couriers side, so i never even knew it was being delivered the day my purchase arrived, so i was not even aware the driver waited at the gate for me.
