Better customer service than before

Better customer service than before. I was not very satisfied with their level of customer service previously but I will admit that after I talked to their senior BD, the level of care they have is much better. Most of my questions/issues are now addressed, especially those regarding PAMM strategy and profit sharing, it seems their employees' knowledge on these issues is limited and only a few know it in and out. However, their system is one of the few that I can use without much hassle and has a lot of flexible functions for me to set the parameters.

Joined one of their seminars..

Joined one of their seminars... Came from a stock background didn't have much experience with FX/CFDs trading but their online seminar definitely highlighted the incentives of trading along with some promotions. However, probably not for me as ,y risk appetite doesn't allow me to engage in such high-risk trading activities.

Very strong order execution time

Very strong order execution time. Wow it's hard to find a broken that is going positive slippage now and I was very surprised that when my TP was triggered for my gold order at 2501 and it was actually positive slippage executing me 2501.85. Real STP broker and I can say I am very impressed. Should be more brokers like this out there.

Hit or miss with their liquidity during…

Hit or miss with their liquidity during news events. I'm not sure if they have different liquidity pools for different clients but it seems like during for events such as non-farm, CPI etc, sometimes I can trade right after the event, but recently It seems trades are not executed and showing market closed or invalid parameters. I can understand the lack of liquidity during such events but it wasn't like this before. I would be interested if sales can contact me and explain to me the situation here.

Confusing information with bank wires

Confusing information with bank wires. I wired funds to trade with them according to instructions given to me by their sales. However, a week went by and I didn't get the funds credited to my account. Only later on was I informed that they no longer use that bank and back and forth I lost 100$ and had to re-wire the money.

50% stop out

50% stop out, used to 30%. I was trading with them for 3 years and the stop-out level was always 30%, and when they changed it to 50% and I was not notified, my account got stop out triggered. They said they sent an email but I didn’t get it.

KYC process is not without faults

KYC process is not without faults. My mates and I opened accounts with them and we were asked for traditional accounts that other brokers usually do not ask for, I'm not sure it's because of our jurisdiction or what. The entire process took more than48 hourss.

I have been enjoying the OEXN platform…

I have been enjoying the OEXN platform until I recently had an issue with stop loss…. Never had an issue before where there was such slippage for my stop loss but after last week's news event, my stop loss was triggered, and I was slipped 15 pips more than what I set my SL to be..

Annoying KYC process

Annoying KYC process. I sent 4 different documents to prove my proof of address and they kept rejecting it because it wasn't within the past 3 months. Forget it.

Unreasonable requirements on their…

Unreasonable requirements on their bonuses. I applied for a 20% bonus and achieved the number of lots required however, the process of taking out the bonus was a bit annoying. They had to calculate the time for each trade and due to their "limitations" some trades were not counted. In the end, I was still able to collect the bonus and would definitely be more aware in the future. They should make the terms and conditions font larger and bold.

Good back office

Good back office, easy to use but wish they had different currency wallets. seems like right now they can only offer USD wallets so if I were to deposit or want to use a back office in other local currencies this is not supported by them. Usually, big brokers have this function available.
