doppelt Grundgebühr
in June 2024 I called Oekostrom asked them about their Grundgebühr, they promised they will not charge me double Grundgebühr for having two Zählerpunkte.（I told them on phone that I have two Zähler and asked how much I will be charged.）They said only one of them will be charged. So I was happy so I choose them. However, when I received the annual bill, they broke their promise and charge me twice. Because I dont have any evidence, so they did that and i have nothing else to say. Very bad experience. REMEMBER NEXT TIME DONT TURST THEIR ORAL PROMISE BUT HAVE THEM WRITE IT DOWN!!
