The product I bought (a gel) has been my weekly favourite ever since. I will definitely be making orders from Odyssey Box again!

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. It's disappointing to read this review as we did our best to resolve the issues you were experiencing. You had issues ordering from us because you input your post code wrong each time so your payment couldn't be processed until we brought this to your attention. Even so, we offered 20% off your order even though your issues were through no fault of our own.
We do show items as out of stock, however, when placing orders at busy times like you did i.e. when videos of ours have gone viral, or on Black Friday, it's out of our control if items go out of stock before your order can be completed, especially when you're using the wrong post code.
