I ordered 200 euros worth of electronics from them. It got delivered to my doorstep and then immediately sent back to their warehouse because I wasn't home at 4 PM when they came on a workday. Odroid.co.uk was then neither willing to refund my order, nor to send it back to me. Borderline scammers.

Ordered several items from their site over the last few weeks.
Tracking for when my order was dispatched was lacking, but despite this, shipping was very prompt, meeting the minimum expected.
When I had some questions about my product they were very helpful and responded very quickly.
If you need anything that they sell, would highly recommend.
Just make sure you buy any accessories you may need with any SBC because there is a fee on small orders. But even that isn't ridiculous.

I purchased a ODROID M1 board on Monday, and had it delivered on Wednesday.

The board is amazing and works flawlessly. Their forums is also fairly active.

I needed an Odroid WiFi Module 5B for my XU4. Priced at £12. Went the the checkout to find a "low order fee" of £8.67 applied (nearly 80% of the original price). Emailed them explaining I'm a hobbyist. They just didn't respond. Added a few bits more to test the threshold (they don't even tell you what this is). Couldn't tip it, unless I put something really expensive in.

After some searching, found it on botland.store for £14 plus shipping.

Avoid this cynical company who don't give a crap about you or the area they work in - they just want to fleece you.

In Summary:

- They failed to despatch my order on time.
- When I cancelled, they failed to issue a full refund.

In Detail:

As the official European distributors for Odroid products, I assumed these guys would know what they were doing.

How wrong I was ...

I selected an Odroid that was showing as "In Stock", and ordered it on a Wednesday morning, well in time for next day delivery.

As I didn't receive any delivery updates, I followed up by email to be told it would actually be sent out Friday for delivery Saturday...

Saturday came, but nothing arrived.

When I contacted them on Monday to cancel my order, it transpired the item hadn't been despatched on Friday after all.

I then had to wait several days for a refund, and when the refund arrived it was only a *partial* one.

After chasing several times to find out why this was, I was eventually told they'd deducted Paypal transaction fees they'd incurred. I was told to sort this out myself, even though (and I quote them) "I understand this is annoying and you should not have to do this".

I can't believe these guys are the official European distributors for Hard Kernel (who I'll be writing to, to make them aware - along with Home Assistant, whose branded stock they are carrying).

I've given them one star as--to be fair--they did respond to my questions quickly. It's just that the answers they gave were utterly shambolic.

The other review here (surprise, surprise - a negative one) says "Pay only with PayPal". But as you can see from my experience, even paying with PayPal at odroid.co.uk left me out of pocket.

My advice is to steer clear of them altogether.

Pay only with PayPal
Despite I clearly specified shipping address, parcel has been sent to our unattended billing address.
When I asked to correct the problem, support answered I had to reject delivery AND wait until parcel goes back to sender AND wait until they resend the parcel to the right address. This means two weeks or more.
Since our billing address is unattended, I asked what happens if the postman delivers the parcel to anybody else for any reason out of our control, responsibility or liability?
No answer = no support = our sole problem.
