While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Odomly is an odometer, trip and expense platform for drivers and fleets. It was made for one specific frustration: nobody wants to keep the logbook. Trips go unrecorded, receipts collect in the glovebox, rego and service dates slip past, and at tax time the numbers don't reconcile. For a sole trader that is a deduction they will never claim. For a fleet it is FBT exposure and a manager chasing records that were never written down. Sole traders, tradies, rideshare and delivery drivers, and employees claiming car expenses use the Individual plans to keep tax-compliant logbook without having to think about it. Small-to-mid fleets of roughly 2 to 50 vehicles - trades, delivery, courier, transport and field service operators - use the Fleet plans to run vehicles, drivers, approvals and cost reporting from one dashboard. It is the same platform underneath, so an operator who grows from one vehicle to a dozen does not have to change systems or re-enter history. What makes it different: odometer readings are photo-verified against the vehicle rather than typed from memory at the end of the quarter; Fleet plans are priced per driver seat with unlimited vehicles, so vehicle-heavy operations are not charged for owning equipment; and reports are generated to ATO logbook and FBT standards rather than adapted from an overseas product. Oddie, the optional AI assistant, answers plain-English questions about your vehicles and costs. Beyond the logbook there is expense and receipt capture by photo or email, fuel card tracking, cost-per-vehicle reporting, service and rego reminders, incident reporting, shared-vehicle booking, and role-based permissions for admins, supervisors, finance staff and drivers. Personal Free is permanent and needs no credit card. Paid plans start at A$14.95 per month for individuals and A$16.50 per driver seat per month for fleets. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. There is no time-limited trial - the free plan simply continues for as long as you want it. Odomly is a product of Star Date Pty Ltd and is supported from Melbourne.
