Unfortunately I have to give a Star…

Unfortunately I have to give a Star but would have preferred to give none. Ordered a bath in May 2024 was strung along like a gullible donkey by the thieving Heidi and John Clare. Oh its coming its about to be dispatched blah blah - got donuts they get to drive and hobnob around in a 200K Lotus Emira that their dejected customers bought for them. Shifty liars, shifty business. Now been told by the auditors that unsecured creditors (ie me and anyone else that paid for an Odin) will likely get a donut hole back. How do all the influencers that have put their face/name to this feel about being connected to these ordinary folk. Heidi and John Clare pfft to you

Do Not Buy from Odin Ice Baths – Its a Scam

I ordered an Odin Ice Bath in November 2024, paid a 50% deposit ($4,950) and was promised delivery in January 2025. Since then, it has been nothing but delay after delay, broken promises, and zero accountability. I was given three separate delivery windows, all of which came and went with no product, no transparency, and no action.

After completely failing to deliver the product, I requested a refund, which was acknowledged and agreed to in writing by their team. I was then promised the refund would be processed “within 14 days.” That deadline came and went. I followed up repeatedly and was told by phone that it would be paid by the close of business on 20 March. That also came and went, with no refund and no explanation.

I have since been forced to escalate this through the ACCC, QCAT, Scamwatch, and my credit card provider, and have documented every step. Their customer service is non-existent, their operations are completely unreliable, and their business practices are deeply concerning, boarding on criminal.

This experience has all the hallmarks of a scam or a business in serious financial trouble. They continue to take deposits, advertise online, and build their brand, while failing to deliver or refund paying customers.

Avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
