This company is a scam. I ordered a mattress topper on the 9th May 2026 in the UK, it was shown as delivered in the 11th June but I have not received it. I have sent numerous emails to this company but have not received a single reply. I’ve lost £34. I am still seeing ads for this product on Instagram in June. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Oddlynice!!! Don't buy from them, I ordered a mattress topper and although the tracking said it had been delivered I never received it and the tracking was in china where they supposedly delivered it, I live in the UK. I have emailed them several times and they never reply, I went to PayPal as I paid through them and someone did reply to PayPal so they won't refund me because they were told it was delivered.ive lost £35.
What went wrong is that they never return messages sent to them. I never received my order.
I eventually had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.
Another weird thing that they do is they send out email that says that it's out for delivery and ten days later they emailed me that the package was delivered.
If there was 0 stars that’s what they would get I ordered a mattress topper never received showed it was in china but said delivered had I known it was supposed to be shipped from china would never had ordered it scam scam scam
This company is a scam ordered on 9th May sent numerous messages they never got back to me then on 10th June got notification to say delivered never got it all my tracking activity showed never left China .All reviews seem to be same issue probably trading under new name to Scam more people.
I order mattress topper on 25 April. I got a message on 27 May at 11 in the morning saying it was delivered on 27 May at 3.38 pm. I never received it and all my emails have been ignored.

I am still waiting for mattress topper. I have sent numerous messages with no response. Now tracking says it has been delivered but it hasn't. We have camera doorbell and no one delivered it I am starting to think this is a complete scam.not happy at all.this has also taken over a month for nothing
