Great prices and overall a solid experience.

The pricing is genuinely excellent and has been a big plus for me. While it took far too long (around 1.5 years) until my Smart Meter was fully working, I do appreciate that the issue eventually got resolved. Communication and support during that period could have been more proactive and solution-oriented, but the value for money is outstanding.

If you’re considering switching, I’d still recommend it for the pricing—just be aware that Smart Meter activation may take longer than expected depending on the local rollout.

The transaction was quick and easy, with good prices.

What I like is that I see all the details of my contract in an Email. I was a client of many companies and I always had to spend time to check details in my account. Here everything is transparent.

It was fast and easy to switch.

We ordered a heatpump in germany from octopus. Unfortunately the service and communication between octopus internally and externally is catastrophic. The Marketing guy sold us HeatPump with some extras like that octopus will connect our pipes to the new floor heating,etc. But the workers who came to build the heat pump were reluctant. The hardware that was delivered als was not the correct one. The service department has no idea. They have standard answer.. we will forward this issue. Soon we have winter here and there is no heating.

I would not recommend octopus for heatpump to anyone who want reliable service.

Very supportive and concerned team, with best service, would strongly recommend. I had a problem with registering my electricity contract to the grid operator in the city and Octopus enery team was there to help me and also sort my issue.

10 stars service , app is so nice and understandable, support service by calling , super friendly and english speaking ! Super team , super company. I was 10 years with worse company like NEW ag electricity fight . No englis , they don't care anything. But there help to solve everything. Really recommend for everyone.

If there was possibility to give more stars to Octopus (and all of their staff) I would. Special thanks to Tim Nieschalke for making everything happen and his fast work on our contracts, transparency and assistance. They work fast, efficient and very affordable, not to mention how personal and caring approach they have to every customer. My family is not used to German beurocracy and figuring everything, signing online contracts that I don't understand was slowly giving me stress, but Tim Nieschalke really took his time, came to my home and helped me understand everything, not to mention that he did all the paperwork for me and gave me incredible offer - thank you for everything and I am so happy to be part of Octopus family 🐙🐙🐙
